The VICTORY LANE is a monthly racing competition focused on your performance metrics as Service Advisors and Service Managers.

The Top Performer Advisors in your department get a chance to race against Top Performer Advisors in dealerships across the country. Seeing what results others can achieve helps advisors see another level of performance they may not have known was possible! With your team in the Victory Lane, your advisor’s perspective widens to a larger pool of Top Performers to motivate them to achieve more.

Advisors are ranked on seven categories: Perfect CSI Responses, Effective Labor Rate, Customer Pay Sales Dollars, Customer Pay Hours per Repair Order, Total Sales Dollars, Maintenance Sales, and Maintenance Sales per Repair Order. Managers are ranked on four categories: Percentage Attainment to their CSI Goal, Percentage Attainment of their Customer Pay Sales Goal, Percentage Attainment of their Gross Profit Goal, and a Team Score which is an average of all the advisors’ scores.
