Advisors are ranked on seven categories: Perfect CSI Responses, Effective Labor Rate, Customer Pay Sales Dollars, Customer Pay Hours per Repair Order, Total Sales Dollars, Maintenance Sales, and Maintenance Sales per Repair Order. Managers are ranked on four categories: Percentage Attainment to their CSI Goal, Percentage Attainment of their Customer Pay Sales Goal, Percentage Attainment of their Gross Profit Goal, and a Team Score which is an average of all the advisors’ scores.
