MEASURABLE RESULTS

Our dealership partners enjoy MEASURABLE RESULTS in their service departments as their teams worked together with Orion Business Strategies Group.  Our Orion team carefully considers each client’s individual needs and tailors the approach so we can work together seamlessly and deliver on our target objectives.  To look back over 24 months of working with one of our clients in Virginia, the monthly increases in sales, gross profit, and net profit are staggering.

SETUP AND PROCESS LAUNCH

Having done a huge amount of preparation work beforehand, we were ready to spend time getting to know the employees once we landed on site.  Together with the leadership team, we developed an action plan using all the information we gathered from the people, from observations, and from our analysis.

INITIAL MONTH’S INCREASES FROM THE AVERAGE

Our initial action plans showed an immediate effect on the numbers.  The first month after launch we saw dramatic increases in both total dollars and dollars per repair order.

CP Labor Sales Increase: $97,527

Gross Profit Increase: $66,463

Net Profit Increase: $45,267

Dollars per RO Increase: $67.14

CONTINUED SUCCESS

Our work continued over the next two years, working with the team to provide staff and leadership team training.  We worked side by side with the team to implement processes, develop skills, and improve guest satisfaction.  The results continued to improve.

Over a 24-month period, the average increase in CP Labor Sales was $358,606 per month.  The average increase in service department Gross Profit was $298,905 per month.  And the average increase in service department Net Profit was $217,917 per month.  As of this writing, the dealer group continues to improve and grow their fixed operations business with even greater success.
